What I want to do on this long weekend:
* Make progress #knitting a hat and a doily
* Play some #tearsOfTheKingdom
* Type on my #Ergodox and do some #programming
What I will do on this long weekend:
* Wear a brace that prevents me from moving my broken thumb
I can't see the break on the x-rays, but that's why radiologists train to identify the normal lines from the breakage lines. They tell me it's broken, and this explains why knitting was causing pain, so I trust them.
But it would've been more satisfying to be able to look at the x-rays and point to an obvious problem.
@WizardOfDocs I was pretty confident it wasn't broken for about 2.5 weeks before getting the results of the x-ray. Afterall, the last time I had a broken bone and thought it was just a bruise (2015), it was way worse than this time!
Anyway, if I ever tell you I probably don't have a broken bone, my track record is 0 for 2.

Oh no! That sucks.
One year, I had such a bad case of tendonitis that I couldn't knit for two months. It was a Bad Time. I hope you get back into knitting shape soon!
